Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all patterns, fabrics, and tools are included.

Attach the Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

Receive Your Refund

Once our workshop receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
